Excellent
Excellent quality, easy setup and connection, metal casing, picture quality and sound meets the stated specifications. A distinctive minus, there is no POE, but the converter has earned from a separately purchased splitter of the POE. The most important plus, this price, against the background of similar products, it is minimal.
I recommend this product for purchase.

Traitorous polycom
Unfortunately, it can not work with a regular SIP server. It works, only with the idiotic lync server - it is terribly not practical and not convenient.

A usual piece of aluminum. For gas soldering aluminum rods do not fit.
