Simply Cards - if you like stamping too!
Other reviewers have loved this so I thought I'd give it a try. I can tell you before I even start my first project - this is going to be a good jump starter, particularly if you're having a bit of a block. It really does have a ton to do with stamps but, I suppose you could replace the stamped images with buttons, punch outs or cutouts, dried flowers or maybe some other crafty "out of the box" idea. At any rate, this is a shorter book, but pretty good for the money.

Not a deep tissue massager. Good for light to moderate massage.
Pollenex WM15 is pretty good for light tissue massage. I recently acquired this massager for relief of some injuries. On the high setting it does a light massage (only slightly deeper on shoulder muscles than on bony back hip near lumbar) . You can use either the black ring on the side for pinpoint vibration or the white face at the top for a lighter massage. I have not tried the low setting. I have no reason to believe it would be beneficial for anything other than young children or pets.

Yes, I would recommend this.
Enough tips and tricks to keep things fresh. The Organized and Inspired Scrapbooker is aptly named. It is well organized and, page after page, you'll find ways to break the mental block. I'm a mid level crafter who borrowed this from the library a few times each year. In the end, I figured it was cheaper gas-wise to just keep it on hand.
