Great features which give great results
The question about whether this camera is easy to use is difficult to answer because I think it depends on one's experience level. The main camera settings (focus mode, focus area, aperature, shutter speed, and the modes of manual, shutter priority, etc) are done via dials on the camera which I like. However, some of this took a little getting used to. But once I did get used to this, I found this camera as easy to use as my previous D5300 and D3100. And I still have not figured everything out but I am easily able to set all the main adjustments and I get great photos! The color from this camera is amazing and its capability in low light is just awesome!

If you are interested in night sky photography, you should get this book.
Loads of information and tips along with photos from the author in an easy-to-understand format. In the end I feel one of the best ways to be a better photographer is to pick up your camera and start taking pictures. But many of us need guidance as we go, and this book has what you need to point you in the right direction for night sky photography with suggested camera settings, composition ideas, apps to help you plan, and post processing guides.
