Improved design
It works better than the non-oem knock-offs. It's also an improvement over the original design because it treats the dough with more of a soft pulling action instead of a stirring motion that was characteristic of the older design.

Good quality compared to others
We were pleased to find the wire gauge was a full 16 awg which is better than a lot of competing products. We also liked the overall quality of materials and watertight fitment.

Works well with no side effects
Helps a lot with moods and osteoarthritis but you need to take way more than they recommend on the box (like 3 - 4x more) to get the best results.
