Excellent

I loved this item. The pencil was not damaged and well taken care of. The rotation works and it writes very smoothly. The bounce due to the rotation is not extreme. It doesn't prevent you from writing well and is hardly noticeable. It's got a clean look and nothing was missing. It came in its normal packaging that was unopened but easy to remove. The eraser cap is easy to remove and put back on so is the eraser. It's got a nice weight to it and is noticeably heavier than my old mechanical pencil. The rotation device actually prevents the lead from getting dull.
