  Collectors beware! Seller has an eye for rare records. Unfortunately, I received an lp that was way off its grade. I even wrote the seller before I ever placed a bid. I inquired about the condition of the LP. He assured me that the visual and playback grade were EX. The record arrived dirty, full of scratches, and fingerprints (VG- all day). Because it was a rare record, I did bid high. I contacted the seller asking for partial refund. He offered a return, but no apology. Unacceptable.

  Just another blackmailer attempting to extort a refund. This is why Ebay is no longer a viable venue for Sellers. It allows undesirables to operate without reprisal. Sellers beware!
