These are made in China, and the assembly instructions are obviously written by non-native English speaking person, and are difficult to follow. My other complaint is that the position of the back is directly vertical upright, without a slight backward lean. This is uncomfortable, but manageable. The product arrived quickly, and is in excellent, new condition.
