Speed Bag Bible
If you want to learn how to handle the speed bag, this is a great book to help you. I have been slowly working my way thru it and my technique and skills are improving. There is a lot covered so it will take time. I like all the drills that are provided. The techniques are explained well. Never knew there was so much that could be done with the speed bag. Highly recommended.
