  The package was nicely insulated, and it arrived in good condition. The doll is exactly as described, and as shown in the pictures. I am happy with the purchase. I did not expect the doll to be just a little bit smaller than Barbie, however. I plan to make my own princess clothes for her, so I have to rescale my Barbie doll patterns. My misunderstanding with the manufacturer, not a problem of the seller. I would buy again from this seller.

  Seller was extremely rude and callous. It took a week to ship the item and it arrived over a week later. I messaged with seller multiple times wondering what was going on with the package. Seller was rude, sarcastic and accused me of lying. Seller did refund my money after I reached out to Ebay for assistance. When the item did arrive, it had permanent marker spots on the bottom of the cup that were not pictured. Be cautious.

  Informed the buyer of delayed shipping due to unexpected hospitalization. Let the buyer know the item was still going to arrive by projected delivery date.Tried to educate the buyer where to look on eBay for expected delivery date & how to read USPS tracking.The buyer requested a return before the item arrived.I issued a refund & told the buyer she could keep the item.eBay did not have to step in.I issued refund immediately upon receiving the return request.Not sure why the buyer got so upset.
