I decided to buy this book because I needed it for a class.
The book meets my expectations;it covers a broad spectrum of aspects pertinent to the subject.

A good book worth reading.
Well-referenced book with some real examples.
But, a few more maps would have elevated the book, because of there is little visual clues to the geography of the area covered.
