Heavy Gauge Bass Strings
These are really heavy bass strings, ideal for hard rock and plectrum powered basslines.
Ideal for those who hit hard.
There is an awful lot of tension on the neck from these strings. Make your your truss rod and neck can handle it.
Also your nut may have to be re-cut to accommodate the thicker string gauges.
Downside, they lose their Zinginess quite quickly.

George Harrison - All Things Must Pass

After the breakup, he had a large number of songs, some of which he intended for the Get Back sessions.
Some lovely songs on here sound much better and clearer after the removal of Phil Spectors wall of sound. Although not completely gone, they are lower in the mix.
Take a listen to outstanding songs such as "Beware of The Darkness" and "Let It Roll"
