An impressive, cheap, quality item.
An I impressive cheap model. It just clicks together easily. It doesn’t come with any window glass so I bought some coloured plastic sheets, cut them up to size and glued them to the inside of the building sides with Tamiya blue. If you don’t have glue then sticky tape will hold it there. You don’t really need to put in the ‘window glass’ as it still looks ok without it. It doesn’t come with instructions but if in doubt about the design, just look on the internet. I think the manufacturer is Outland Models. Optional: You can always spray paint the building sides (before construction) with model spray can paint.

Useful & Great product - Thoroughly Recommended!
Kato quality and efficiency. Easy to plug and connect the supplied railway track into your existing Kato track. The power lead supplied is easily plugged into other leads (bought separately) and those leads make their way to your transformer (power pack). A great product to get extra power to a (straight section) of your track (if needed). Thoroughly recommended if you’re in the excellent Kato railway system.
