didn't work
Either mine arrived DOA, or this product was not outputting the correct voltage to run my guitar pedals. Either way poor quality control.

too much spring
These aren't even close to OEM Fender Strat springs. One of these springs has about as much tension as 3 fender springs. They're cheap but barely useable.

a pain to install
This is my second alnico rail pickup. It sounds great, better than the stock alnico that came with my Fender tele. Installation was a pain because, despite being a tele pickup the included screws were too big to fit through a standard tele bridge plate, and the original Fender pickup screws were too small, so it required boring out the screw holes on the metal plate to make them larger. What should have been a 30 minute install process turned into a 2 hour ordeal. Now that I have it in, it sounds great however.
