Time saver & jùst as " it says on the tin "
Just as described, 5l = 10 cups worth of boiling water so I can fill it in the morning & make tea/coffee or hit chocolate in the front room or sat outside with the 5l insulated air pod & make T/coffee or hot chocolate whilst enjoying music or just enjoying the sun with either a hot drink or cold cordial. I'm Impressed with it so far, would recommend only putting hit/cold water in it as pre made T/coffee over time will stain the inside similar to my work flasks & cups

Vit D3 doesn't absorb into your system without eating/taking Zinc & Magnesium from food/in supplements also K2 the recommended amount is 100iu which is normally found in Very expensive foods & now I just take 1 tablet rather than 2, Bonus! Vit D you can't Overdose on a good ain't this country is about 9500iu because your body makes it when your in the sun unprotected but you then risk sun burn for the 2wks we get & skin cancer!?
