Quick - Just like new
I bought a hitch for my LR4 on Ebay that had a key broken off in it. This replacement was a couple minute job and my hitch is just like new, but less than half the price of a new hitch. Very easy to install.

Not too hard to replace, be patient
After replacing the plastic (much better by the way, worth the trouble) I woul dbe able to change another in a few minutes.
There is a YouTube video that has horrible lighting but gives enough into to get this done. Once you pry it apart, it goes back together easily.
