Just Enough
Have these on many of my sub compact autos and they give you just enough grip and more control of weapon. Make Kel Tec P11 feel more comfortable in hand.

Beneficial Book
I have been practicing this form for a short period but I love the simplicity of effective defense and offensive moves. My knees are not what they once were so the upper body movement is wonderful for me. Book is positive backup for the
learning from my classes. Any martial arts form is a life long progression of learning. Be patient use this book for
study and adapt as needed.

Great Coat, Runs Large
Coat does run large, I am 6'2 220 and it was huge. I was going to give it to one of my sons who is 6'4 250 and it fit him well. I washed it twice and machine dried on medium heat and it fits me much better now. I guess my boy losses out and I win. Very sturdy materials but will break in very well. I had ordered the Xlarge tall just to let people know how to judge their size.
