Nice phone but 2 Issues
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich The phone has a lot of nice features, easy to use, perfect size. I have had 2 issues. The phone that I got from Diana's Cell was in perfect condition on the outside. I am not sure if the 2 issues that I am having is the model or just the age of the phone (2015) when I bought it new (2017$.
2 issues: 1. The sound seemed muffled like in a tunnel and soft. I am still working with tech support, but those who hear me are having issues hearing a small cracklings soiund. I have no issues hearing callers.
2. I must charge it almost every night. I disabled all of the apps that I don't use, but there are a lot that come with the phone that cannot be removed. I could only disable their notifications and put on the power-saving mode to help the life of the battery.
