Simple easy to understand
Everything you need to know for BBQ Texan style from building your own smoker to how to smoke. Very comprehensive book. No stone unturned. The bible for BBQ smoking

Great book great recipes
If you've just got into making your own sausages this is a great book giving advice on everything you need to know. This will be my sausage bible for sure

Highly recomend if making high hydration pizza dough
Really nince tool ideal for pizza making, I had a plastic one which was ok but with this one you can sscrape all the dough from the worksurface, comfortable to hold and easty to clean, Highly recomend if into mmaking high hydration doughs
