Very Good Case for the Money - But

Good buy for the price. The scabberd for the bar fits tight to the case body. This is a plus. The case may accept an ECHO 18" bar, but it will no take a Stihl 18" bar. It will take a 16" Bar on Stihl 024 but not an 18" on the same saw. Accepts a MS170 with 16" bar nicely. The latches are positive latching if you make sure they "SNAP" into "BATTERY". The case top and bottom need to be exactly mated for the latches to mate correctly. This is the second case i have purchased and as storage case. Thr A little bulky to carry around. is lots of room in the case with a MS170 saw for, spare chain, spark plug, plug/bar/screw driver tool, spare car., 12 oz. fuel bottle, 12 oz. chain oil bottle, Stihl screw driver, pair of gloves and 16' bar guard.
