Works well enough, but a bit annoying.

First, you put your rear derailleur in the smallest cog to take the wheel out, right? Well, the alignment on this chain keeper requires that you shift up a couple of times to line up the chain with the keeper.
Second, the two plastic halves come apart quite easily. They clip together, but would be better glued or as one piece.
Third, you have to fiddle with an annoying little washer to fit this in your drop-out, while maintaining chain tension.

Genuine replacement pads
Genuine replacement pads. I wish they came with replacement velcro strips though; it's too easy to tear off the old ones when pulling out the old pads, especially in the sweaty areas.
