Coming of Age with Jennifer O'Neill

I'd seen this movie a couple of times on TV and thoroughly enjoyed it. I bought a DVD because it's one of those movies that is worth seeing again. An awkward teen boy is taken by the beautiful newlywed of a soldier headed off to WWII. The movie has a surprise ending. I later read that this was based on a true story, Allegedly, the woman played by Ms. O'Neill came forward after seeing the movie and realizing she was one that the movie portrayed. I also liked the Class of '44 sequel.

Western Smorgasbord

I love the Larry McMurtry westerns and needed Comanche Moon to complete my Lonesome Dove movie collection. I'd seen Broken Trail on TV and liked both the story and Robert Duvall who always does a great job. Broken Trail represents itself as a docudrama based on a true story. Historical facts are presented at the movie's conclusion. Broken Trail is a movie worth watching repeatedly. Shadow Riders was a freebie that came along with the two movies I was interested in. It was an action-packed Western worth the watch.

Inspirational

Over the years, I'd seen the individual episodes and not necessarily in the correct order. All were worth seeing again, commercials free and in proper sequence. The quality of these disks was good and priced so anyone could afford them,
