An overacted and underwritten mess
0 von 1 finden das hilfreich I remembered this movie fondly from when I saw it when it was new. Boy, was I wrong! What a turkey! Coburn and Quinn are both terrible, and Gert Frobe appears briefly in a throw-away role. The music score is obnoxious, and is begun and ended by a mawkish pseudo-folk song that sets one's teeth on edge.

Dull script and unconvincing characters

One can understand his attempt to contrast the real world problems of those suffering through the Depression with the antics of the silver screen of that time, but it simply doesn't work. Forget this one and watch his masterpiece Radio Days instead.

A superior poser strip
It is well made and the vertical design frees up floor space. In addition, the inclusion of USB outlets is a useful feature, as are the on/off switches for each tier of outlets.
