Cellular ipad for data only
Be aware that ipad with cellular are basically data only devices. They cannot make/receive calls on their own (iphone needs tethered to it). Of course, it cannot receive sms or mms messages without an iphone tethered to it. It basically functions the same as wifi only tablet

Good urban outdoor antenna
It performs as well as other middle range antennas, as long as it's outside with the amplifier plugged in.

Good lte with multiple carriers
It works good with att, tmobile, mint, and red pocket gsma with proper a proper apn. Visible and hello mobile doesn't work. Of course, you need to activate first on a phone.
