If you need an 8-pin SDL connector, this is the thing to buy
Nice connectors, though a bit of a challenge to crimp if you don't have the proper tool. I managed to make due using a hobby press and a slotted screwdriver bit to press each contact individually. Beware that there are several different keying styles for SDL connectors. If you get one with the wrong key configuration, then some surgery with an x-acto knife can make it work. My 24ga wire was a bit snug, but 26ga was an easy fit.

Handy replacement for linear regulators
I've been using these EZSBC boards, both the 1A and the 3A versions, in occasional projects that require a 5V regulator like a 7805. They run cooler, they're more efficient, and are an easy drop-in replacement in most cases.

Decent cheap pulse Oximeter
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This seems to be a decent inexpensive pulse oximeter. Stick your finger in, press the button, and a few seconds later you have your reading. Uses AAA batteries (not included). My Amazon Rechargeable AAA batteries did not fit well (a problem with the battery I guess) but regular disposable AAA batteries fit fine.
