  Seller did not have a clue what they were talking about and left to completely inaccurate description of their product. Sold me a product that was completely unusable. I run a business. At my reality rate not worth the time for re-rapping, dealing with this, going to the post office and back. Ignorance of your product is not an excuse.

  I am sorry you were unhappy with your purchase of this "used" item. As soon as knew I contacted you and offered you a FULL REFUND and I'm sorry you have opted not to take me up on that. I feel I did my best to show the item from every angle w/11 pictures. You are right I am not a professional knife sharpener as you are but I tried to included every flaw I saw in the description. Again, I apologize for having missed something that was important to you that you could not see in the pictures.
