As good as British police shows get, and no-one else does them better.

Highly entertaining. The previous eight seasons are equally good. No "dud" episodes. Watch the Inspector Morse series first, if possible.

Endeavour: The Complete Third Season (DVD, 2016)

Solid UK police drama that ties in nicely with some of the best previous shows.

Good acting; great writing and great sets. Even thought North American TV has some good police shows past and present, the UK still rules that genre. And this show is no exception to that rule; the quality is top-notch.
