A great cookbook
This past year I decided to learn how to make soups and I chose this cookbook. Good decision! The soups combine ingredients I would never have considered, and the end results are great. Recipes offer low fat, low salt options (although none of the recipes are really high fat/salt). Most ingredients are easily accessible even if you don't live near any specialty food stores. Katzen's hand-drawn illustrations are fun. With this cookbook, my cookbook library is complete.

Missing some yarns
Nice kit but some yarns are missing. Hopefully I’ll have yarns of my own to finish the kit.
