  Seller took 5 days to ship item. Then they shipped damaged hard drives. I immediately (same day) retuned items and after return, they accused me of damaging the items. AVOID at all costs.

  Why would I ship 2 hard drive across the country twice, knowing they were bad, and also only made $65 on the whole deal, then pay to get them back to me, and one drive is making an awful noise. Abusing the eBay policy...

  I'm giving a positive rating, but it took well over a week for the item to ship. There was a snow storm when the seller eventually tried to ship it, so I understand that few days of delay, but there wasn't any bad weather for about 1 week after the auction ended and the seller didn't communicate that the item didn't ship until I asked. Anyway the item is in good shape and a PSU tester says it it good. Just need to get it into a system now.

  probably the week delay was because i clerly stated 5 business day processing duration. And I do appreciate you understanding about the snow storm.. im glad you got it, it works, and NJoy!!!

  Drive looks pristine and is working well, and was well packaged. Shipping via UPS Ground took much longer than forecast - UPS dragged it from one side of the country to the other and back again, delaying delivery by over 5 days. That meant I had to get it mail-forwarded. Not really the seller s fault, but it cements my feeling that UPS should really be OOPS. Would have preferred USPS.
