  After the auction ended and after I paid, the seller issued a small refund with a note that these are actually used and not new as stated in the auction. Upon receiving the item, noting they are used with defects. I would not have upbid these knowing they were used with defects. Sellers only response was "file a return." Deceptive at best, I'll not be ordering from them again.

  I gave this buyer back $30 and told to file a claim and he would get back a full refund, but he didn't. Guess you can't please everyone. I have always tried to resolve any problem.
