Great value! Some great features not found on more expensive machines.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Screen is sharp. Easy to use. I love the "resume" feature where the DVD will resume playing at the point you turned off the player. Some of the higher end home DVD players don't even do that. Seems durable enough. Downside is the adapters that come with it are rather cheap. The car adapter is worthless and overheats and shuts down in no time. Get a heavy duty one at Radio Shack before using in a vehicle. Battery life will get you through about a one hour DVD before it gives up. Price is definitely a plus for the size of the screen.

Legs fall apart, ballhead good.
If the legs would stop coming apart, I would be impressed. However, I went through two of them and the leg clamping system came apart on both. Legs fell out and on one the legs bent. The ballhead was good. Overall, a waste of money.

Pleasant Surprise!
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This unit was about $150 less than the "leading competitor". It is weather tight although we mounted it indoors. Some of the others cost more, and don't have the option of mounting outside without an expensive additional kit purchase. This one was an easy and straightforward installation. It took less than three hours to install. Gave it a test run once we hooked it up and everything seemed to work great. Haven't given it a real world test but I am confident that it will work fine. The Westinghouse 7500W generator seems to be perfectly compatible with it. The only negative is that the cord to the outside for the generator is kind of short. Another 12" or so would have made the installation even quicker. I was impressed with the quality of the unit(even though it IS made in China).
