Stylish but wth some drawbacks
The small print in the insructions reports that the product may reduce performance of the iphone itself; I suspect that it acts as a screen in areas of weaker signals so missing calls without one knowing. Not a brilliant idea. A separate powerbank with cable to connect as and when phone battery becomes low, seems a better prospect.

A perfect fit
A quality product and a 10minute job to installl. As there are no instructions, make sure to work out the safe sequence so old piston is not compressed when being detached and bends something or shoots you in the eye!

Get with Manual Control Shooting
This product is very well made in a quality metal alloy material and also fits just right and locks into camera/lens securely. I am using it as specified on my Sony A6000 camera, as a manual Nikon to Sony E fit adaptor. It picks up the aperture adjuster inside the collar of the lens and gives 16 clicked but smooth 1/2 stop interval settings. The cost benefit means buying this adapter plus a 55-200mm Nikon zoom is still better than a plastic Sony auto version (if you dig manual control shooting) Well worth it!
