  Worst buyer experience on eBay in 10 years. Received the necklace very poorly packaged, tangled up in a big knot, tarnished / stained and in overall poor condition. Contacted seller right away and she was unwilling to work things out fairly. Opened a case with eBay, was able to return item, then seller claimed that the item she received back was not in the same condition as that which was shipped, which is untrue. Would definitely avoid another transaction with this seller.
