Broken product.

The charging case is not working correctly. I’ve put them on charge for the whole night plug to the power and at the morning headphones were 40% and they never passed that point. I’m not sure if the case is not charging at all or if it charges just to that level. Very disappointed as I had that model before and they weee great.
