If you find Adidas you like, better buy 'em

I got my first pair of Adidas ROM trainers around 1970. I had been used to wearing Converse Chuck Taylor's, which were always available and under $10 a pair. I don't recall the price of the Adidas, but I liked them. When I wore out that pair, I went to get some more. Oh, they're not available anymore. This was the beginning of changing shoe styles, with a given style only available for a short time. A couple of decades later, I saw some Adidas Italia's in a shoe store. I bought them. I thought Adidas had seen the error in the constant style changes, and had brought back the timeless design of the old trainers. I wore them out and decided to get some more. Adidas had not learned anything. Not available. Then I started shopping Ebay to find some and buy ahead. These are "Country" model, but very similar. I have some Italia's and now a pair of Country Adidas. I am in good shape for several years.

Used vs. Refurbished

I always hesitate to buy used wheels, never knowing if they run true until you get them on a wheel balancer. These being "refurbished" add a level of confidence that you don't have with a simply used wheel. They were nicely refinished, as well. Most importantly, they did run true.

Have used it for decades

I have been using rust-mort for decades. It works especially well, if I have a pitted rust spot that I don't want to grind until the rust is completely gone, because removes too much metal. So I lightly grind the spot and treat the pitted area with rust-mort. It neutralizes the rust and I can put primer over it. Always pour the rust-mort you are going to use into a separate small container before you dip your brush in it. You don't want to put contaminates back in the bottle.
