Good, once factory reset applied.

Definitely new in box, but when powered up, no sound from speakers. Tried reset button on front panel, but didn't help. Then tried 'factory reset' sequence in manual, and finally got sound out of the speakers. It looks like it had lost all its settings. Hopefully, it won't happen again, but at least I now know how to fix it. Even though model number matches, the front panel is not as shown on the website. Perhaps this is an older model. Front panel buttons are a bit hard to push. The quality is pretty much what you'd expect for the low price.

Works really well.

All the functions tested worked very well. I tried a 50 ohm load for verification and got 51 ohms, but this wasn't a calibrated 50 ohm load. I tried the cable length measuring function and it was accurate within 1 mm which is excellent. The only thing I found as a minor annoyance is the way the left and right arrows need to be used to select the digit to change. To turn on the device, you need to press the ctrl and power buttons for at least 2 seconds, but it doesn't start until you actually realease the button.

The cable bobbin has some shrinkage, but overall, it was a perfect replacement.
