Monsoon
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I got started with Wilbur Smith's novels after I saw a recommendation by Clive Cussler in one of his novels.
Monsoon is part of an epic series with Sir Francis Courtney Family's in the 17th Century mostly in the region of Africa. It is a very well written novel and will keep the reader well entertained. In reading I recommend the “Birds of Prey” first since that appears to the initial start of the adventure in 1667. Sir Francis Courtney and his son, Hal, voyage from the Cape of Good Hope at the southern tip of Africa to the Great Horn of Ethiopia.
“Monsoon”, is more about Hal (Sir Francis Courtney’s son) and his adventures after his father’s death. The next in the series is “Blue Horizon” which follows the offspring of Hal Courtney and their adventures

The Quest
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This is a continuing adventure in the life of Tata (the wizard) in Egypt. The Quest is about Tata (appointed by the Pharaoh) to find out why the Nile has stopped and famine is on the country. Is this adventure he will battle the most powerful of Wizards (Eos).

Worthless. Besides taking up a lot of hard drive space.
I specifically ask that it can be played on my PC without running it on a Web server such As Steam. They said it could run like older version Battlefield 2. It doesn’t. I haven't played a single game because I haven't been fitted, nor is their a sequence to start.
