  First negative feedback I've left in a long time. An issue came up which the seller and I disagreed on. Ebay agrees with the seller. That however isn't the issue. That was merely disappointing. The issue is the way in which this seller decided to communicate throughout the process. They were hostile and suspicious all throughout the interaction. It's fine the issue wasn't resolved in my favor. It's NOT fine that this seller was rude and hostile. I buy lots of films. I won't buy from them again.

  This is simply not true. Buyer requested a refund stating that one of the six discs would not save to his computer. Which he admitted was a custom PC setup. While I can guarantee any movie I sell will work in a stand alone player (as intended by the manufacturer) I can't be sure it will work in this scenario. Buyer admitted there was no damage to the disc. I contacted Ebay to see if a refund was in order and they stated it was not. I was polite and professional throughout.
