Best book on overcoming anxiety!
I read this book in a Bible study and it made a huge difference in my life! I told my husband how good it was and then he took my book and read it as well! I’ve told others about it and got this one for a friend who was struggling with worry and anxiety and I told him how much it helped me and my husband. Best book on how to overcome worry that I’ve ever read! And I’ve read several! I highly recommend it!!!
