1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This DVD is absolutely brilliant, but by no means think it's going to be easy!!! I love the fact each level is only 20 minutes long, so with two young kids, even I could find time to do it everyday. After each time I did the DVD I would feel muscles working that I never knew I had... a really nice feeling! I'm currently half way through level two and it's a killer. I even got my husband to join in a few sessions and he agrees it's tough work but already he has seen a difference in my body tone.
If like me, you don't want to commit too much time but want fast results and you're prepared to work hard, then this is definitely the DVD for you.
