Great replacment
Motor is quiet, runs cool, and the three sealed bearings are a good feature. Swap out of old mtr to the new was easy. The speed controller is easy to program, use and reprogram. It functions better than any external devices I know of. Perhaps an improvement needed is to upgrade the internal 24 hr timer to a real time clock. Saving money over the long run!
