Not OEM but close
Carlson makes very good quality parts, however they are not as exact as OEM.
I had problems with the clips dragging and squeaking against the rotors.
I think this is only an issue with my Subaru Forester as their tolerances are super tight. I had to buy OEM parts from the dealer to get it to fit properly and stop the squeaking.
