Cheap brake it works

2 of the slots only have 2 holes(180 deg apart)..No big deal..However they are not indexed to the wrench flats..It is impossible to have the brake slots and wrench flats horizontal or vertical when installed..I suppose it doesn't effect function just looks odd when installed.. Either the flats are clocked or the slots.. But not both.
