My life revolves around this hdmi cable

It is a cable with HDMI plugs on each end. I don’t know if it works yet, but I am desperate to indicate my overwhelming love for it after the nagging I am getting to do so. This cable is so wonderful it makes me faint.

Good fun

Mostly used to check weather and various miscellaneous facts. Occasional fun quizzes and streaming music. Pleasant sound reproduction, but obviously only mono. Worthwhile purchase.

New lease of life for ancient iPad

I damaged the old digitiser when I accessed the inside of an ancient iPad 2 . I was attempting to replace the charge port, but it is VERY tricky to unglue and separate everything, and rather easy to damage the ribbon cables for the WiFi antenna and the digitiser screen. This screen works perfectly although I ended up using duct tape to hold it all together. I think this was because parts of the alloy frame were corroded. I don’t blame the kit for this. I did note what looks like a tiny air bubble trapped in the plastic. This slight defect is hardly noticeable. Since the product was very cheap, and the iPad is again working for my granddaughter to watch Pepper Pig, I chose to ignore the defect, but the imperfection results in four stars.
