Some trouble with installation, but overall good product

This product works well so far, but initially when installing I did have some trouble with getting it to connect fully. I have Cox, and I had the technician on the phone during installation. Right before he transferred me to another technician, it just connected on its own. I did buy the same model new from Best Buy to compare, and I had no trouble with the new one. However I returned the new one because I do not like the idea of paying $200+ for a modem. You just have to be patient with this one. It took roughly 15min after installation for my devices to stop saying "connected without internet," but so far it seems to be working well.
