  I was sent the wrong item.The seller apologised and promised to send me the correct item.Three weeks later, despite sending them several messages asking if they have sent it to me, they do not respond.

  BEWARE!!! Sold me three fake peter Thomas Roth face tighteners even though seller had previously reassured me that they were genuine, convincing me to buy them. When item was used, it gave me the worst reaction on my face. When I checked the packaging, item said ‘made in China’ peter Thomas Roth is an American brand! Seller should be arrested for knowingly selling harmful fake products!!! Refunded immediately because seller obviously was aware of what they were doing!

  It was a nightmare dealing with this supplier, I was given no tracking number, I never received the item! Fortunately I was refunded, will advise never to use them if you don't want to be dissappointed! Anette
