  Cancelled the pick up on the 20 mins before the we had agreed. I had part-paid a white van man to collect the item. Said that she broke the item when trying to move it, which makes no sense. I was still happy to receive the item broken but still cancelled it. The only positives were she was quick to reply and gave me a refund, but ultimately I was left table-less in my new home.
