  Turns out the seller didn't have the item I ordered at all, despite the listing having remained the same for years; with the same number in stock. In that time I've contacted them several times to ensure it would work with the plugs and voltage where I live, yet they didn't tell me then that their listing was incorrect. Having spent 200£ on it, only to be told they don't even have it, even if I'll hopefully be refunded is just not okay. I thought they were trustworthy, turns out they're not.

  *** Good seller overall--fast ship, packed nicely, all four pieces shown were included, and a free sample--thank you! *** Shipping issues: the pink display box was fully ripped in half, and the pretty little compact lid had scratches ALL over it--enough to remove the metallic pink holographic finish completely. Disappointing :( COURIERS, PLEASE BE MORE CAREFUL!

  This item surprisingly arrived well before the delivery date by half a month, and was very nicely packaged to assure both doll and box were in good condition~ I totally love Floria, she's adorable as can be and everything I had hoped for in a tiny doll. Overall a great buying experience from this seller, I definitely recommend. Thank you very much! ^^

  The item arrived very fast. It is exactly as description. The also gave me a free sample. The only thing that I would change it will be the item's size. I would love it to be bigger because the price is very high. Anyway, i read the description and i knew what to expect, i wasn't disappointed.
