The shipping package was maddening, it took me 30 minutes, 2 knives and kitchen shears to open. I really thought someone was pranking me. There was literal layers of tape wrapped around multiple boxes. I almost just through the whole thing out. Go a bit easier with the packaging tape. The actual product was fine, shipping was quick. But the product could have been shipped in a bubble envelope.
