good piece, bad shipping
It's a 4" pipe flared on both ends, just how wrong can you get it? My problem was with shipping. No box no wrapping, nothing, just slapped a bunch of stickers on it and mailed it. Had to bang the ends back into circles again.

Lasted a month my six year old daughter broke it
I had this on the toilet about a month before my six year old daughter broke it at the hinge. Now the seat part slips off.
Just go to a local store to buy one, I can't recommend this one.

Looks awesome
Fits like it was OEM, well actually better than OEM if your looking for the black one. No gap at the bottom and goes on easy peasy unlike the "HD" black cover. The big moco could take a lesson from Kuryakyn.
