Expensive but may be worth it in the end.
This product is expensive.

The idea is good but they taste horrid - sorry!

Dolomite
A great way to take calcium and magnesium.
Swallowed with plenty of water, they go down easily .
Helps strengthen bones, teeth and taken just before bedtime will help your sleep.
